Personal and virtual training is available for all ages
young children, adolescents, college bound athletes, perimenopausal/menopausal women, students with special needs and families navigating the stressor of today’s society.

training PHILOSOPHY:
My goal is to help you expand your knowledge with comprehensive and effective tools that breed sustainable results. The 4 M’s is how I help you accomplish this.
1. Movement: The metabolic foundation of our metabolism that is an integral part of why we function and move with energy and authentic vitality throughout our lifetime.
2. Meals: Creating a structure around how to optimally fuel your machinery while respecting and understanding your specific stressors and demands in your lifestyle, your personal preferences, your practical applications and your unique physiology .
3. Mindset: “Train your mind and your body will follow.” Aligning yourself, your decisions and your actions to who you are and what you really want.
4. Muscle: The expensive lean mass on our human bodies that keeps our biology revving with strength, resilience and integrity
Small Group Training
Small group training is available for all ages.
2-10 person group training available.
ATHLETIC GROUP CONDITIONING
Jessica Byrne and Jamie Edson started their symbiotic coaching and teaching relationship in 2010 and the words “Carpe Diem” have been framed on their Hauppauge office door ever since.
The culture they create together, the passion they each robustly possess and the evolving creative mindset they stimulate in one another is something to experience, witness and weave into you and/or your child’s fabric. This seasonal Athletic Conditioning Program is something they are both very proud of, cherish and protect as it is instrumental in the process of preparing athletes to peak appropriately for their Fall Season regardless of the sport.
We look forward to having your student-athlete join our 10 week, 20 session progressive conditioning program where athletes are fine tuning their strengths, exposing and improving their weaknesses and figuring out ways to move the needle within themselves in a very comprehensive way.
